TINDERESCENTS SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
 All orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically ship within 3-5 business days of order placement. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.50 (select items)
  • Standard Shipping: $6-8 (calculated at checkout based on weight and destination)
  • Local Pickup: Available within certain areas near Eau Claire, WI (free)
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and other trusted carriers. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.
Shipping Delays
Tinderescents is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tindera@tinderescents.com with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tinderescents is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
